Get Pampered With Pilates
Pilates, Sweetgreen, and a mani/pedi: There are worse ways to spend an afternoon.
Hanneke Antonelli thought so too, which is why she created her new workshop, Pilates Pamper, as a way for women to feel refreshed, motivated, and, of course, pampered. That said, pampering doesn’t come cheap.
The new three-hour workshop will cost you $90, and is designed for women who are looking for a little “me time” while learning new ways to approach their daily goals. It includes a 45-minute Pilates workout, a group coaching session, lunch from Sweetgreen (with wine!), and a mani/pedi from Charlestown Nail Spa. You’ll also get a swag bag from Fabletics (Kate Hudson’s new subscription-based athletic apparel clothing company), a Sweetgreen tote, links to 10-minute online Pilates workouts, and online resources for additional help and coaching.
“I wanted to combine my love for Pilates and my love for life coaching in a way that helps women,” Antonelli says. “My group session will help you regain focus to finish 2014 strong. Participants will learn how to set and achieve goals that incorporate all aspects of their lives. They’ll also learn how to bring their ideal work-life-balance to real life. I want this to be a fun event where ladies can really come to gain perspective, get inspired and motivated while enjoying an afternoon of being pampered.”
October 19, 1:15 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.; Charlestown Yoga, 191 Main Street; $90; pre-register online; you must be 21 or over to participate.
