Go Cycle for Charity at the Handle Bar
If you’ve never tried indoor cycling, here’s your chance to do it for charity. Both of The Handle Bar’s locations will be supporting the Movember Foundation on Wednesday, with rides benefiting the movement.
The two special rides will be set to top male artists (so fellas, if you’re sick of the same ‘ol Britney vs. Rihanna showdowns, you’re in luck), including tracks from Justin Timberlake and Jason Derulo, all mixed live by an in-studio DJ. Post class, riders can shop Boston-based bow tie company OoOTie‘s pop-up at 20 percent off.
If you can’t attend Wednesday but still want to try indoor cycling, The Handle Bar will make a donation to the Movember Foundation for any male rider who shows up with a ‘stache. Somerville and Brighton hipsters (you know who you are), head down to Southie or the Fenway locations, STAT!
COST: $24 for a 60-minute indoor cycling class and shoe rental
WHEN: 5:45 p.m. at Fenway location (1336 Boylston St.; 857-239-9789); 7 p.m. class at South Boston location (141 Dorchester Ave.; 617-451-1270)
