New Balance Is Launching a New Activewear Line Called NB Women
Shopaholics, get your credit cards ready. Boston-based New Balance is launching a brand new women’s sportswear line, called NB Women.
The head-to-toe line features pieces for outdoor and studio exercise, as well as more street-ready looks. Prices are pretty comparable to other higher-end activewear brands, with jackets around $120, pants around $80, tops around $50, and shoes between $70 and $110. The company will send out an NB Women catalog to a million women across the country to cement the fall collection launch, and a holiday version is set to go out in November.
In a statement, Norma Delaney, head of global marketing for NB Women, said the line embodies a female-oriented focus at New Balance. “NB Women represents our commitment to place the athletic female at the center of everything we do – we are 100 percent inspired by her and 100 percent in service to her,” she said in the statement.
