Orangetheory Fitness is bringing its high-powered workouts to Boston proper—and several other spots in the Commonwealth.

The bootcamp studio, known for its interval training workouts that incorporate rowers, treadmills, and strength training, is opening its first downtown studio at 10 Saint James Avenue, in the Back Bay. The brand is also expanding to Cambridge, opening a location at 270 Third Street in Kendall Square. Both spots are expected to open this fall.

Orangetheory has expanded rapidly since opening its Brighton location in 2014, adding other studios in Burlington, Dedham, Marlborough, and Natick. Hingham and Quincy are also on the way this year, and we’re guessing the growth is only getting started.
