Boston GreenFest, the city’s ninth annual celebration of eco-friendliness, returns to City Hall Plaza this weekend, and brings with it plenty of chances to get a free workout.

The festival, which runs Friday, August 19, through Sunday, August 21, will offer a wide range of activities, from a wine and beer garden to an eco-fashion show. There will also be plenty of performances—such as daily pole yoga demonstrations sure to make your crow pose look like child’s play—and group fitness classes led from the stages.

Fair warning: The fitness classes are bite-sized, at 15 minutes each. All the more reason to do lots of them, we say.
