Add This Super Short Leg Workout to Your Gym Routine
This 10-minute workout is a great way to fire up your lower body in a snap. Tack it on to the end of your yoga flow, arm workout, or cardio session, or repeat it a few times for a full-on leg day.
During this routine, you’ll tone your legs with squats, side lunges, toe taps, and plenty of chair poses. All you need is an area about the size of a yoga mat—no equipment necessary.
The video below demos the entire workout. Start with a three- to five-minute warm-up—we recommend rotating through jumping rope, butt kicks, jumping jacks, and high knees—and finish things off with stretching and a cool down.
