Snyder is one of the country’s most prominent nutritionists, with a client list boasting the likes of Reese Witherspoon, Channing Tatum, Drew Barrymore, and other big-name stars. She’s also the bestselling author of the Beauty Detox Solution and three other books.
What She Ate:
A seriously jam-packed green smoothie made with:
- 1.5 cups water
- 1 head of romaine lettuce, chopped
- 3-4 stalks celery
- 1/2 head of spinach
- 1 apple, cored and chopped
- 1 pear, cored and chopped
- 1 banana
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- Optional: 1/3 bunch of both cilantro and parsley
