Free Fitness Classes at the Prudential Center Garden Start June 6

As most of corporate America hunkers down in tall office buildings, blasted by AC, and sits for 8+ hours on end, the best part of the day becomes that moment when you walk outside and the warm air envelops you in a hug while the sun beats down on your face and fresh air fills your lungs. The last thing anyone wants to do is go back into a funky smelling, dimly lit building to get a workout in. That’s why you should ditch the gym for yet another chance to sweat outside.

The FIT on the Garden Series is back at the Prudential Center and scheduled to begin June 6. Classes will take place every Wednesday from 6-7 p.m., running until August 29. Participants are encouraged to register ahead of time as a courtesy to the instructors.

June 6: HIIT circuit class with Samantha Lauren

June 13: Total-body bootcamp with Peter Lavelle

June 20: Cardio kickboxing with Jennifer Jordan

June 27: HIIT class with stretch and meditation with Sarah Gaines

No Class on July 4 

July 11: Circuit training with Vini Daley and Conall Mahoney

July 18: Full-body conditioning with Kenny Faria and Carlos Vasquez

July 25: BURN camp with Jonathan Cruz

August 1: Strength training and muscle conditioning with Makayla Briggs and Jordan Arrieta
