We’re at four free outdoor fitness series and counting. Can you feel the excitement brewing? We sure can. Seaport Sweat starts May 28, the Lawn at Legacy Place begins April 20, and Fit Row Sweat Series at Assembly Row kicks off May 9. The latest schedule to be released is from Healthworks Fitness Center beginning June 10.

The series, which consists of 39 scheduled events, will include everything from goat yoga to high intensity bootcamp classes and even a partnership with Harpoon Brewery for Sunday workouts (check back on that later), complete with beer and pretzels. Also to be on the lookout for are Healthworks’ boat yoga in August when they bring a yoga class to the top of a ferry boat in the Boston Harbor.

After months of being cooped up inside it’s time to soak in all the warmer months have to offer including al fresco dining and outdoor workouts. Classes will mostly be held every Monday and Tuesday. On Mondays you can choose from a fitness class, yet to be determined, at the Street in Chestnut Hill, a high intensity interval training workout on the Greenway, or running the Harvard Stadium steps. On Tuesdays you can head to the Esplanade for a Zumba class. And you better mark your calendar for July 10 because that’s your opportunity to take goat yoga.
