June is LGBTQ+ Pride month and the city of Boston is teeming with events to celebrate all the many forms love comes in. Continue the celebration all month long, even in your workouts, with these Pride-themed fitness events in Boston. Bonus points if you wear festive rainbow clothing, or bring your S.O. to the workout.
Spill the Tea: Don’t let the party stop after the Pride Festival. Instead, head to the W Boston hotel for their interpretation of Provincetown’s Tea Dance in The Gallery.

Strength and Solidarity Flow Class: Sequencing during this flow will be to a pride-inspired playlist and built around the sun salutations. Come dressed in your most colorful outfit and get ready to align breath with movement.

LGBTQ Fertility Soiree: Swing by Bella Luna and the Milky Way in Jamaica Plain to discuss all things LGBTQ+ family-building. There will be free cocktails and pizza as well as a doctor to answer any one-on-one questions you may have.

Pride Celebration at the Revolution Hotel: Before the parade, squeeze in a workout at either 9 a.m. or 10:30 a.m. with B/Spoke instructor Kara Lennon as she leads you through their signature bootcamp style class Train. And since the hotel is right on the parade route stick around afterwards for small bights and bubbly before heading out to watch the procession. Proceeds from your ticket fee will go to BAGLY, a social support organization for LGBTQ+ youth.

Youth Dance Party on the Plaza: This youth pride celebration has been going on for 25 years in Massachusetts. Come by and join for dancing and performers.

Intergenerational Dialogue Around the 50th Anniversary of the Stonewall Riots: Head to this panel discussion event at the Boston Public Library as the Boston Alliance of LGBTQ Youth holds a conversation with older LGBTQ activists about the meaning of the Stonewall riots for our time.

OUTWOD Boston Pride: OUTWOD’s are the OUT Foundation’s largest international initiative to bring together LGBTQ+ athletes and allies to work out for a cause in a safe, inclusive CrossFit training environment. All funds will go to the foundation to support their mission of removing barriers that block LGBTQ+ individuals access and participation in activities. Everyone is welcome to this event and there will also be bites and sips as well as an after party sponsored by Club Cafe Boston.
