Work Out with Kelly Brabants All Winter Long at the Boston Park Plaza
The founder of Booty by Brabants is returning to the Boston Park Plaza this winter with for a workout series to benefit local charities.
Can you believe it’s almost November? I just flipped my wardrobe from summer to fall, so you best believe I certainly can’t. During that wardrobe flip, I had to say goodbye to cropped leggings and tiny spandex in favor of more suitable attire for cold weather, but a few staples remained. My texturized Booty by Brabants leggings were one of them.
If you’re used to buying workout attire from Kelly Brabants’ signature line of clothing online—ranging from leggings to sports bras and jackets—now’s your chance to try them on in person, during the return of her winter workout series at the Boston Park Plaza hotel.
Last year, the 29-year-old Boston fitness icon debuted the winter workout series with three classes, all to benefit local charities. This year, starting on November 5, two more classes will be added to the lineup. Each one is $15 a pop, and 100 percent of the proceeds will go to local charities.
Following class you’ll get to enjoy a Keel vodka cocktail hour as well as shopping during a Booty by Brabants trunk show, plus a raffle to benefit the charity of the evening. Classes take place in the hotel’s 13,000-square-foot Grand Ballroom, which can accomodate hundreds of fitness enthusiasts. Brabants has never had trouble filling a room, though, so be sure to sign-up in advance.
Here’s the lineup of fitness classes and the respective charity for the night:
Tuesday, Nov. 5 at 6:15 p.m.: The Light Foundation
Tuesday, Nov. 19 at 6:15 p.m.: Best Buddies
Tuesday, Dec. 10 at 6:15 p.m.: Highgate Charitable Foundation
Thursday, Jan. 16, 6:15 p.m.: Highgate Charitable Foundation
Tuesday, Jan. 28 at 6:15 p.m.: Make a Wish MA & RI
Tuesday, Feb. 25, at 6:15 p.m.: DJ Henry Dream Fund
New this year, at the end of each class, Brabants will select one lucky participant to receive a $500 Booty by Brabants shopping spree, an overnight stay at the Boston Park Plaza hotel, and a one-month fitness membership to 2018 Best of Boston winner Lynx Fitness Club. Nominations for deserving ladies who have made an impact on the Boston community are encouraged and can be entered here.
Brabants has not slowed down one bit during the span of Booty by Brabants’ existence—the company turns five this year—hence the five charities selected. Over the summer, she took over her third pop-up space in the Seaport, debuted another store location called the Booty Bungalow on the Seaport waterfront, and continues to unveil new lines of workout attire. Look for the all-new chrome leggings and autumn-inspired collection, available now, and get ready to rock them as you sweat with hundreds of your closest BBBabes.
