Kick It by Eliza Pop-Up Studio Extended
There must be something in the water. First, the Prudential Center’s Fit on the Garden series was extended through September. Now, another popular workout is continuing past the halcyon days of summer fitness: Kick It by Eliza.
When Eliza Shirazi, founder of the popular kickboxing-inspired cardio workout, opened a pop-up studio in Harvard’s experimental retail space Zone 3, it was meant only to last the summer. Now, Shirazi says the studio isn’t going anywhere. Exact dates haven’t been confirmed, but Shirazi says she’ll be in Allston into the winter, with the possibility of more extensions. That’s a whole lot of high kicks still to come.
The schedule will remain the same going into fall, with classes held on Tuesdays at 6:30 p.m. and Sundays at 10:30 a.m. A single class is $12, a five-pack is $57, and a 10-pack is $108, and all can be purchased through MoveWith.
The pop-up studio isn’t the only place to Kick It, either. Instructors teach the class all over town, and it’s part of Seaport Sweat‘s free fitness series, which runs through October.
