If you’ve already hung up your running shoes for the winter, it’s time to break them out of storage.

For the sixth year, Marathon Sports is holding its Winter Warrior Challenge. The idea is to run or walk outside—even if just for a mile—every single day during the month of January. If you miss even one day, you’re out of the, ahem, running.

Don’t worry, though—you won’t have to go it alone. Marathon Sports has a slew of events planned to make it a little easier for participants to stick to their goals. There’s a “hangover kickoff run” on January 1, several road races, pub runs, run and yoga events, and, of course, a final celebration on January 31. You can see the whole list of events here.

Challengers will log their mileage through RaceWire, and may do so as an individual or a team. It costs about $7 to register as an individual, but the feeling of meeting your New Year’s Resolution—and avoiding January gym crowds—is priceless.
