Where to Celebrate International Day of Yoga in Boston
In 2014, the United Nations designated June 21 the International Day of Yoga, as a way to promote the mental, physical, and spiritual benefits of practicing yoga. This year’s Yoga Day theme is Yoga for Health, in honor of the practice’s many contributions to holistic well-being.
