About

MASS Architect is a small architectural practice owned and operated by Nicholas Paolucci, providing design and construction drawings for single family residential additions, renovations, and custom homes. When it comes to construction, Nick places trust in the design-build method, partnering with a network of reliable home builders to provide a team approach to accomplishing each client’s end goal.
Paolucci understands homeowners’ time and budgetary limitations and always delivers quality drawings on time and under budget. Nick designs each project for the individual client’s taste, not his own agenda. He enjoys working on a variety of homes with different architectural styles and strives to create spaces that look intentional as if they always belonged. As a LEED Accredited Professional, Paolucci also implements green building practices and energy efficient standards in every project with the utmost care for environmental sustainability.
