One core principle of Dr. Starr’s practice is that the primary care physician has a fundamental responsibility to coordinate the complex care of each patient and to actively support patients and families through illness and the challenges of modern medical care.

With more than 30 years in practice and board-certified in internal medicine, Dr. Starr has the experience and judgment to support patients with a wide range of medical conditions, from chronic care to acute, life threatening crises. Dr. Starr graduated Phi Beta Kappa, summa cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania, earned his MD from Tufts Medical School and is a Fellow of the American College of Physicians.
