At the age of 22, Attorney Michael Mahoney broke his neck in a diving accident. Because of dedicated professionals at Boston hospitals, he regained his independence. He learned to drive, had kids, graduated from Boston College Law School, and became a highly successful trial lawyer. Because of his unique history, Mahoney offers his clients a unique understanding of their situation. Successes include a $10 million dollar settlement in a motor vehicle accident and a $7.5 million dollar settlement for a slip and fall. Fresh out of law school, Mahoney found a mentor in Attorney Alan Cantor, and later, his partner, Attorney David Angueira. Attorneys Cantor and Angueira were always available to provide invaluable guidance on complex legal matters. In early 2024, Cantor and Angueira joined the firm.

Attorney David P. Angueira has years of experience with product liability, child safety, personal injury, wrongful death, consumer rights, toxic torts, medical malpractice, negligent security, employment discrimination, wrongful termination, labor and employment litigation, whistleblower cases, and aviation crash cases. He has several multi-million-dollar verdicts, including 17 and 18-million-dollar judgements.

Attorney Alan L. Cantor has concentrated his practice in representing catastrophically injured victims. He devotes much of his time to sophisticated litigation against product manufacturers, companies involved in supervising workplaces, major utilities, and medical professionals. He also has a substantial background in cases involving childcare sexual abuse. He has litigated cases in more than 30 states and has been counsel in more than 100 cases involving seven figure recoveries and four cases involving eight figure recoveries.

Attorneys Cantor and Angueira join Attorney Ryan Gilday, an associate with 22 years of personal injury experience. Gilday has successfully tried cases in courts at all levels throughout the Commonwealth and has won cases at the Massachusetts Appeals Court and Supreme Judicial Court. The firm also welcomed Attorney Melinda Blankenship, Tana Ali-Kizi, and Andrew Griffin as new associates and rising stars. Finally, Attorney George Clancy joined the firm as Of Counsel nearly two years ago.
