Photos: Boston Planners Dining Club Series: Under the Stars

On Monday, August 13, 2018, Sarah Glick (Brilliant Event Planning) and Tammy Golson (Tammy Golson Events) brought together Boston’s top event planners for part two of this year’s Boston Planners Dining Club Series. Suzanne B. Lowell Lighting Design transformed the Gallery at 9OFS into a magical, starlit space by placing orbs throughout the room to create a soft, celestial glow. Capers Catering treated guests to a delicious meal, accompanied by cocktails and wine pairings from Gordon’s Fine Wines and Liquors.

PEAK Event Services provided linens and rental items that mimicked the orbs with circular patterns. The custom acrylic menus were crafted by Simply B, who also designed the place cards to correspond with each guest’s astrological sign. Sweet Annie Floral created moody blooms for each table that perfectly complimented the crushed velvet and gold throughout the room, especially in the lounges provided by Reserve Modern. Shannon Shedd read each guest’s fortune, while Boston GIF let party goers capture mini moments for social media. Virtue Band entranced the crowd and had them up and dancing before the main course was finished. At the end of the night, attendees left with moon pies baked by Topsfield Bake Shop. Watch the video from Next Level Films here.
