On December 12, over 250 guests joined Boston Home in the Boston Design Center’s newly renovated Drydock Hall for the twelfth annual Best of Boston Home event to celebrate the winter 2019 issue and the 68 winners of the prestigious Best of Boston Home award. Honorees include top local architects, designers, builders, craftspeople, shops, and showrooms. Throughout the night, guests enjoyed creative, seasonal hors d’oeuvres and desserts by Forklift Catering along with innovative and fresh libations from OFFSITE. Additional delicious small bites were provided by SRV Boston, Row 34, and Woods Hill Table at Pier 4. Other fun included an unforgettable photo experience by Adamo Stone Design, custom gifts from Jarvis Appliance Inc., award-winning fashion displays from International Interior Design Association (IIDA), and live entertainment from Sugarbabies Inc Busker Band. Sleek furniture, décor, and lighting was provided by Party by Design, Party Rental Ltd., Frost Productions, and J Barry Designs. A silent auction for Boston Building Resources was held in support of their mission to keep reusable building materials out of the landfill and provide them to lower-income homeowners at affordable prices.
