BOSTON, Mass. – On January 30, community leaders gathered to celebrate the grand opening of the new headquarters for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Eastern Massachusetts. During the ribbon cutting, Wendy Foster, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Eastern Massachusetts President and CEO, welcomed guests and spoke about the importance making the move from Federal Street to High Street to enable the state’s leading one-to-one mentoring program for youth to save money in light of rising rents in a space that will serve as a greater hub for staff to support Bigs, Littles, and their families. A special ceremony introduced newly appointed Board Members Emeritus of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Eastern Massachusetts, including Governor Charlie Baker, Joseph Ayoub, Mark Coneeny, Stephen Demirjian, Scott Goodby, Michele Gougeon, Michael Lombard, Martin Mannion, Paul Margolis, Peter Markell, James Pallotta, John Pearson, and Brooks Zug.
