Watch: Papelbon Gets in Francona's Face

Count on Papelbon to bring a little lightheartedness to spring training. Yesterday, the Sox’s former closer performed a little impersonation of Terry Francona, who is now an analyst for ESPN. Employing a few handfuls of sunflower seeds and some seriously frenzied hand movements, he made light of the mannerisms and decision-making techniques of his former coach. Here, check it out:

Tito, for his part, laughed his way through the thing. This is the third in a string a silly impersonations coming out of spring training so far. My guess is we haven’t seen the last of them yet. [via boston.com.]
