Sal DiMasi's Long-Awaited Appeal Blames Judge for Excessive Punishment

DiMasi’s lawyers argue that he received a harsher sentence because he went to trial and publicly disagreed with the verdict. “All the harsh sentences in the world will not deter conduct state legislators think lawful.
