The Fan Cost Index, released yesterday by Team Marketing Report, showed the Pats have the second-highest average ticket price in the league for non-premium seats at $117.84. The Pats’ ticket price is only surpassed by 10 cents by the New York J-E- … yeah, those guys. [WCVB]
