Elizabeth Warren Gets Punked … Sort of?

Conservative radio host Howie Carr sent a videographer to get Elizabeth Warren to sign a copy of Pow Wow Chow, the American Indian cookbook where she contributed recipes and identified herself as Cherokee. And at a campaign event where she’s shaking hands with supporters, Warren did indeed sign the book, and now Scott Brown’s campaign is reportedly pushing a video of her doing so. So ha! Jokes on … wait who is this joke on? As far as Pow Wow Chow jokes go (and there have been many, as when National Review reviewed her recipes) this one is a little devoid of action. She signed a book to which she admits contributing under her name? Brown’s campaign looks the worst here for having dull taste in internet pranks. [The Atlantic Wire]
