EARLIER: The MBTA Transit Police are on the hunt for two men that they say were involved in a melee on the Blue Line last month.
According to officials, four males allegedly punched a victim in the head multiple times while on the train towards Airport Station.
Police said that the four suspects—two of which were captured on camera with the Transit Police’s “See/Say” app—assaulted the male victim as well as his 14-year-old daughter. The victim’s daughter was punched in the thigh during the incident on September 18, according to the report.
After the attack, police said the four unknown male subjects fled the Airport MBTA Station.
Transit Police Detectives are seeking the identity of the male subjects depicted in the photo. “If you know the whereabouts or identity of these individuals please contact our Criminal Investigations Unit,” police said in a statement on their website. “If you would like to assist our investigators but wish to remain anonymous you can always text us your tip to 873873 or use the anonymous feature on our See/Say app.”
