Grown Adults Are Waging a Beer Can War over Deflategate
As New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady and NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell do battle in New York federal court over Deflategate, whose genesis can traced to a fit of tattling by the Indianapolis Colts after getting trounced in the AFC Championship Game, two breweries are fighting a proxy war on the bottoms of beer cans.
Indianapolis-based Sun King Brewery struck first blood, printing “TOM BRADY SUX” on the bottoms of its cans alongside the expiration date.

Not to be outdone, Canton’s Blue Hills Brewery, located just 12 minutes outside of Foxboro, has fired back with “A. LUCK SUX,” referring to Colts quarterback Andrew Luck.

For what it’s worth, Blue Hills’ beers score an average 3.45 out of 5 on Beer Advocate, while Sun King pulls down a 3.96. The Patriots will face the Colts for the first time since the AFC Championship Game in Week 6 of the regular season.
