Two People Shot at Maverick Station in East Boston
Update: Tuesday, 4:12 p.m.
Police say the first victim was shot while disembarking a Blue Line train, while the second victim was standing on the platform. The victim’s ages are 29 and 43.

Revere police have been notified that the suspect has taken a tunnel taxi to Spring Street via the Revere Beach Parkway. The MBTA does not believe the shooting was a random act. Both victims were male, and their injuries are being evaluated.

Two people have been shot inside the Maverick station in East Boston, according to police.
The MBTA is warning riders of severe delays, with shuttle buses replacing Blue Line service between Airport and Bowdoin stations due to police action.
