The boys of summer won’t be back for months, but the boys (and girls) of winter have arrived. On February 11 and 12, Boston hosts the “Big Air at Fenway” competition, during which dozens of snowboarding and freeskiing Olympic hopefuls will plummet down a temporary slope made of scaffolding and ice. —Vanessa Rodriguez
