Jeb Bush Is Coming to Boston College
Former 2016 presidential candidate and lover of all Apple products Jeb! Bush is headed to the Heights.
The former Florida governor will be giving the keynote at an annual financial conference at Boston College on June 8, the Globe‘s Jim O’Sullivan reports, following a continental breakfast. Attendees are encouraged to clap.
Bush is hardly a stranger to these parts. The Phillips Academy alum taught and lectured at the Harvard Kennedy School last fall as a visiting fellow in the Program on Education Policy and Governance. The previous summer, Bush was spotted by an Emerson student on Boylston Street “all alone dressed in a full suit with an American flag pin on his lapel while carrying a box of papers.” He posed for a bewildered selfie with the student before disappearing down a dark Chinatown alley.
Jeb! is still reportedly still wandering the streets of Greater Boston at night, and still getting snickered at by Millennials.
Just watched Jeb! get mobbed in Harvard Square by people wanting to take selfies. Whoever said Cambridge was partisan… =P
