The Best Photos of the St. Patrick’s Day Parade in Boston
From veterans and gold medalists to the green-drenched streets of Southie, take a look at how the Hub celebrated the mid-March extravaganza.
Unseasonably cold temperatures and a recent bout of heavy snow were no match for the St. Patrick’s Day revelers who took to Boston’s streets to celebrate this weekend. Members of the gold medal-winning U.S. women’s ice hockey team also joined the route, according to the Boston Globe, which was shortened due to a blizzard that dumped 14.8 inches of snow on the Hub last week.
