Adios, Tom and Gisele

It’s all over, folks, no more celebrity sightings for you. Last Friday, Tom Brady and Gisele Bündchen officially unloaded their Back Bay penthouse for $9.2M, $1.3M short of their asking price. As of yet, we don’t know who bought the 5,311 square-foot condo overlooking the Charles River, but here’s what they’ll see when they come in off the street. Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty listed the property this time around, as they did back in 2009 when the NFL quarterback and international supermodel tried to sell it for $10.9M.

The 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath penthouse comes fully loaded with a state-of the art gym, landscaped roof deck with sky kitchen, club room, marble master bath with his and hers dressing rooms, six fireplaces, direct elevator entry, four-car garage parking, and of course, a doorman. The New England Sports Network reported that Tom and Gisele headed straight to California as soon as the sale went through—now they can spread out a bit more in their 22,000 square-foot Brentwood abomination (below).
