The one-of-a-kind residence is perched along the rocky coast of Magnolia Harbor. Built in 1996 by architect Michael Graves, the uniquely constructed house offers panoramic views of the ocean from its abundant floor-to-ceiling windows. Outside, a set of stairs leads to a private stretch of beach.

One of the home’s many highlights is its central library. The rosy, rounded room offers three entrances, a domed ceiling, and plenty of shelving. A matching ladder makes for maximum use of the space, and several curved, porthole-like windows let in light from above.
