Sometimes all you need to do to find home inspiration is open the door—especially if it’s one crafted by Peter Jackson Hussey and his team at Structure Design and Build. The Roslindale firm, which works with clients on everything from general contracting and cabinetry to custom furniture, fabricated this sliding barn door for a local couple looking to inject a little personality into an otherwise-bland bathroom entryway. Featuring a contemporary take on a “God’s eye” shape—in which the pattern starts from the center and moves outward—the ash-wood piece adds visual interest and brightness to a dark, tucked-away corner of their home.
