Yesterday, the developers of Millennium Tower announced its top floor penthouse had a buyer.
Dubbed the “Grand Penthouse,” the largest unit in the tower was listed at a whopping $37.5 million. While the actual closing price—and the name of the buyer—haven’t been released, it has been confirmed the buyer intends for the space to be “family residence.”
The 13,000-square-foot condo is set to be the most expensive residential sale to close in Boston. But compared to other homes around the country, the purchasing power of its price tag is a bit different.
