Rachel Foy, the Broker/Owner of Hillman Homes in Newton, always knew that she liked real estate. She bought her first home at twenty-three and instantly saw the intrinsic and financial value in home ownership. After spending years in the corporate world and completing her MBA in entrepreneurship, Rachel decided to make a change to real estate. “We all start and end our day at home, and I like being the person who helps my clients find their safe and happy place."
Rachel’s 21 years of business is constructed around repeat and referral clients. She only works with four buyers at a time so that she can make sure each has her undivided attention. She credits her clients’ loyalty to her attention to detail and service-oriented attitude. “I’m there from beginning to end and even after the transaction is completed,” she says. For her sellers, Rachel provides a true concierge service including Notary services.
Rachel also has experience with real estate development and owns multiple properties, which adds value in helping her investor clientele. A believer in giving back, Rachel volunteers in the community and makes a donation for each sale towards charities that fight homelessness.
