Tres Gatos to Debut Chickpea Pancakes, Rice Pudding at New Brunch

Starting this weekend, JP tapas darling Tres Gatos will be getting into the local brunch game. They’ve got traditional Spanish plates like the classic tortilla española and churros with spiced Taza chocolate, but also more interesting twists on brunch fare: chickpea pancakes with maple syrup, figs and fried marcona almonds (!); rice pudding with blackstrap sugar and sherried prunes; eggs Benedict with smoked duck breast and orange Hollandaise sauce.
