The BCAE Brings Back Celebrity Chef Cooking Series
This November and December, the Boston Center for Adult Education (BCAE) is once again offering the opportunity to learn alongside some of Boston’s top chefs as part of its ongoing “Celebrity Chefs” cooking series. Participants will learn to cook in hands-on classes taught by area chefs such as Joe Faro (Tuscan Kitchen), Kevin O’Donnell (The Salty Pig), Jamie Bissonnette (Toro, Coppa), Samuel Jackson (KO Pies), Ed Hoffey (Heirloom Kitchen), and William Kovel (Catalyst). Under their expert guidance, students will learn everything from the art of pasta making from Kevin O’Donnell to all things Aussie with KO’s Sam Jackson.
