Ghirardelli Opens Faneuil Hall Ice Cream & Chocolate Shop

Today, San Francisco’s famous Ghirardelli Chocolate Company opened its first ice cream and chocolate shop in the Northeast at Faneuil Hall. The flagship two-story fountain shop, located at 6 North Market, will offer a full line of espresso beverages, Ghirardelli hot fudge sundaes, shakes and floats, and every imaginable type of Ghirardelli chocolate. Dipped strawberries and waffle cones will be made fresh daily using Ghirardelli’s hot fudge and a large selection of wrapped gifts and chocolate products will be on display.

To complement the shop’s ice cream fountain, café style seating will be available to enjoy a hot cocoa or sundae. And just like Ghirardelli original California location, each guest will be greeted with complimentary samples of their signature Ghirardelli squares. The new store will be open Sunday through Thursday, 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Friday through Saturday 10 a.m. to 11 p.m.
