A Complete Guide to the 2015 Boston Wine Expo

The 24th annual Boston Wine Expo—one of the country’s biggest food and wine festivals—has announced this year’s lineup of celebrity chef demonstrations taking place over President’s Day weekend. Joining this year’s festivities are some of New England’s top talent, including Barbara Lynch (No. 9 Park), Ming Tsai (Blue Dragon), Chris Coombs (Deuxave), Aaron Chambers (Bar Boulud), and Top Chef season 2 semi-finalist Sam Talbot, who is soon to open his new restaurant, the Pig + Poet in Camden, Maine. The chefs will conduct cooking demonstrations on two stages to pair with the event’s more than 300 wineries and 2,000 bottle selections.

In addition, the Boston Wine Expo will have bites to sample from local restaurants and vendors such as Poe’s Kitchen at the Rattlesnake, The Living Room, Earls Kitchen + Bar, Fire Cider, Cabot Creamery, and David’s Tea. Below you can find a full schedule of the chef demonstrations, which will take place in the Grand Tasting area and are included with Grand Tasting or Vintner Reserve Lounge tickets, as well as list of all the participating wineries, restaurants, and food vendors at this year’s festival. Keep in mind that seating at all the demos is available on a first come, first served basis.
