Summer decadence can take many forms. But for sheer excess, it’s hard to beat an evening spent slurping oysters and sipping cocktails beside one of Boston’s most luxurious rooftop pools.
Such is the promise of the Colonnade’s Select Oyster Bar pop-up, which brings a taste of the Back Bay’s new seafood spot to the hotel’s roof tonight. For the $15 entrance price, you get unlimited access to chef Michael Serpa’s signature locally sourced oysters and one glass of a special white sangria whipped up by Colonnade executive chef Nick Calias. You’ll also get the chance to purchase items off the Roof Top Pool’s new summer menu, with such summertime treats as lobster rolls and grilled swordfish tacos.
