Tiki drinks and their colorful, festive ilk are the ultimate sunny-day accessory—and, as such, a summer favorite among local bartenders. Nowhere is this more true than at Felipe’s Taqueria, in Harvard Square, where you can knock back fancified piña coladas and daiquiris at the brand-new rooftop tiki bar. The brainchild of bar manager Will Thompson, a Drink alum, the string-lit paradise will offer a bevy of tropical libations, including the “Bye, Felicia” (pictured above), which combines Tequila Ocho and Ancho Reyes chili liquor with lime, grapefruit, and Mandarine Napoléon.
