Got a lunch meeting and need to impress? Take that client to the Millennium Tower. The new restaurant there, Ken Tominaga and celebrity chef Michael Mina’s Pabu Boston, is now open weekdays for the mid-day meal.

Executive chef Ben Stiegers (Pabu SF) debuts lunch today, including a range of dishes from Pabu’s dinner menu, like the snackable Tokyo fried chicken karaage, ahi tuna poké, and some sushi options, like bluefin tuna nigiri and Ken’s Roll.

There are a few new dishes, too, including a salmon ochazuke rice bowl (donburi) with green tea broth; and a fried, Wagyu menchi katsu burger with katsu barbecue sauce and house-friend, togarashi-dusted kettle chips.

Not to be outdone by the kitchen and sushi bar, the beverage team is mixing up some workday-friendly libations especially for lunchtime, like Great White Telephone, with coconut, matcha, and lime. There are also some boozy specials. Check out the full menu below.

Lunch is available Monday-Friday from 11:30 a.m.-2 p.m.
