By now, Sweetgreen knows a thing or two about Boston. The Washington, D.C.-based company will open its 11th and 12th locations here this week—and it’s celebrating, as many Bostonians are wont to do, with Joanne Chang’s sticky buns. The first 200 guests at the new Seaport Sweetgreen on Tuesday, Nov. 7, and at the State Street Sweetgreen on Thursday, Nov. 9 will be treated to a mini version of the Flour Bakery specialty with their lunch purchase.

While the beloved condiment Sriracha was banned from Sweetgreen’s kitchens because of its high sugar content, the mostly healthy brand is giving itself a cheat day to partner with the James Beard Award-winning baker.

“We have been a part of the Boston community for four years now, and during that time, we’ve been fortunate to build an amazing community of local farmers, customers, and Sweetgreen team members—all of whom share an appreciation and passion for local sourcing, innovation and real food,” cofounder Nicolas Jammet said in a press release. “We’re excited to partner with a renowned chef like Joanne Chang to provide our guests with a sweet touch on our opening days.”

Both new locations will also support Boston’s mobile farmers’ market, Fresh Truck, with 100 percent of sales from their respective opening days.

Sweetgreen also has restaurants on the way to Dedham’s Legacy Place, Post Office Square, Wellesley, and Coolidge Corner. It opens in the Seaport at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 7, and at 60 State St. at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, Nov. 9.
