Shake up the Back Bay lunch routine with a towering meatless burger, zippy cold-press juice, and a relaxing swing in the sunshine: By Chloe opens its third Boston-area restaurant today at 399 Boylston St., not too far from the Public Garden.

The sunny space seats 50 inside, on colorfully cushioned, mismatched banquettes, a communal table, and a couple of By Chloe’s signature, woven swings hanging in the street-side windows. Outside, 24 more seats are shaded beneath black-and-white striped umbrellas. Other future Instagram backdrops include floral wallpaper in the bathrooms, and a yellow neon “Bae Watch” sign—get it, Back Bae?

New York City-born By Chloe also has locations in Providence, R.I., Los Angeles, and London. The company always pays little homages to its adopted neighborhoods, such as the seaweed bathroom wallpaper at By Chloe’s Seaport spot, and the baseball theme at the Fenway outpost.

“We have been waiting for a location in the Back Bay since we first set eyes on Boston,” By Chloe founder Samantha Wasser said in a press release. “We’re so thrilled to finally call Boylston Street our home, and there is no better time to open our doors than in the fall when this beautiful and historically-rich neighborhood comes to life.”

By Chloe—which stylizes its name as “by CHLOE.”—will fuel the students, professionals, and tourists alike with vegan-friendly, fast-casual fare. The Back Bay location opens with the chain’s fall seasonal menu, including smashed avocado toast with roasted cauliflower, radish, hemp seeds, and almond parm; roasted Brussels sprouts with roasted garlic aioli and black currants; and a pineapple-apple cider vinegar lemonade. The Best of Boston vegetarian option also serves black bean-quinoa and tempeh-lentil burgers; a very convincing bacon-mac and cheese, made with dehydrated shiitake mushrooms and sweet potato-cashew cream sauce; salads packaged to go; and more.

The Back Bay location debuts a new red velvet flavor of the Chill by Chloe dairy-free ice cream pops. It also offers house brand pastries and other sweets, bottled cold-pressed juices; smoothies, coffee, and tea, and also plans to get a license to serve beer and wine. On weekends, By Chloe will serve brunch, complete with cinnamon rolls, quinoa hash browns, a rotating the daily pancake, and other specials.

By Chloe is now open weekdays from 10:30 a.m.-10 p.m., and weekends from 10 a.m.-10 p.m.
