A new carbo-loading spot is headed for a fitness destination in Brighton. The Bagel Table will open its third location at Boston Landing, home of the Warrior Ice Arena, training facilities of the Bruins and Celtics, and New Balance’s forthcoming indoor track.

The Bagel Table, which proffers Framingham-made OMG! Bagels and English muffins, set up at farmers’ markets around MetroWest before opening its first brick-and-mortar at the Street in Chestnut Hill in 2016. Owners Ed Eglitis and Curt Leiden have since added a shop in Ashland. The Brighton location is headed for a 1,650-square foot storefront at 80 Guest St., below the Warrior Ice Arena, NB Development Group announced today.

In a press release, Eglitis said to expect crispy-on-the-outside, chewy-on-the-inside, New York-style bagels in Brighton, “along with some new offerings.” The current Bagel Table locations both serve breakfast and lunch seven days a week, with a selection of bagels and schmears, including flavored cream cheeses and smoked fish spreads; and sandwiches loaded with Pearl pastrami, house-roasted turkey, and more. The stores also carry a selection of breakfast pastries, cakes, and cookies, plus coffee and soft drinks like Dr. Brown’s sodas.

“Located in a unique space that provides access to both Guest Street and the Warrior Ice Arena lobby, The Bagel Table’s menu is sure to become a staple for tenants, residents and visitors to the area,” said NB Development Group’s leasing and marketing manager, Erin Harvey.

The bagel shop will join a burgeoning retail scene around the two-year-old Boston Landing Commuter Rail station. Already home to the New Balance flagship store and a branded fitness club, an outpost of Cambridge Naturals, and local dining options Kōhi Coffee Co., Rail Stop Restaurant and Bar, the Flatbread Company pizzeria and bowling alley, and Mainely Burgers, Boston Landing is also poised to get a 3,500-person concert venue from Bowery Presents in the coming years.

“The Bagel Table is excited and proud to announce that we are joining the vibrant community at Boston Landing with our third location,” Eglitis said. Stay tuned for an opening date coming later this summer.
