Back away from Boston (come on, you can do it) for your first visit to Burlington’s L’Andana. Chef Jamie Mammano is serving a three-course prix fixe dinner menu Sunday through Friday, featuring Tuscan-inspired appetizers, entrees, and desserts for just $39.

Beer Summit Winter Jubilee
Jan. 16, 5:30- 9 p.m.; Jan. 17, 12:30-4 p.m. and 5:30-9 p.m.

A visit to this brewski convention is as close as you can get to hooking up to a beer IV. Sample heady delicacies from more than 60 of the world’s best brewers, including Alagash, Dogfish, Harpoon, Saranac, Long Trail, Trinity Brewhouse, and many more.

Mohegan Sun’s Sun Wine Fest
Grand Tasting: Jan. 17-18, Noon-5 p.m.; Celebrity Chef Dine-Around: Jan. 17, 7:30 p.m.
Since the Boston Wine Festival is only happening Tuesday-Friday, you might want to hit up this weekend’s Sun Wine Fest at Mohegan Sun. There are Grand Tastings on both Saturday and Sunday afternoons, and, Saturday evening also features the “Celebrity Chef Dine Around.” You’ll meet world-famous chefs, television celebrities, cookbook authors, and restaurateurs while sampling some of their signature dishes.

Legal Sea Food’s Inauguration Chowder
Jan. 20, 11 a.m.-10:30 p.m.

To celebrate the inauguration of the 44th President, Legal Sea Foods will be serving their famous chowder for 44 cents a cup with the purchase of any entrée on January 20.

Super Hunger Chef

See what gourmet chefs can do with their non-perishables. Chefs Anthony Susi, Gabriel Frasca, Will Gilson, and Evan Deluty gather at the Four Seasons to show off their skills using only ingredients stocked by The Greater Boston Food Bank. Help them set the record for raising the most money of any Super Hunger Chef event ever.
