Due to the overwhelming popularity of her debut ramen pop-up concept on November 18, Moe Kuroki and her OISA Ramen team will be back for two new dates at Martin’s Coffee Shop in Brookline. On December 11, Kuroki will be serving a vegan spicy miso ramen to go along with salad, gyoza, and dessert. Then on December 18, Kuroki’s porky tonkutsu will make it’s triumphant return.

Both ramen pop-ups will follow the format of the first dinner with four seatings spaced out in 30-minute blocks starting at 5:30 p.m. Each seating will serve 12 diners in Martin’s limited diner space. Tickets for each will go on sale Monday, December 1 via OISA’s website.

$25 per person; Dec. 11 and 18, Martin’s Coffee Shop, 35 Harvard St., Brookline; oisaramen.com.
