The country’s crowd-sourced restaurant, nightlife, and entertainment guide Zagat has named the 30 young professionals leading Boston’s dining scene. This year’s list, published today, features chefs, bartenders, managers, a handful of inventors, a designer, and even a couple farmers.

Some of the honorees, like Evie Nöel, owner and operator of Sabertooth Bakery; Corey Bunnewith, cofounder and proprietor of Boston Harbor Distillery; and Lilac Hedge Farm owners Ryan MacKay and Tom Corbett, forged their own paths, while others rose through the ranks in their fields to land top spots. Take Five Horses Tavern and Worden Hall co-owner Sarah Hanson; and Stefanie Bui, sous chef at Deuxave, for example.

Interspersed among the bios are some newsy tidbits, such as hints at growth for both Blackbird Doughnuts and Naco Taco in Cambridge, and a potential revamp of Brookline’s Sichuan Garden bar program to resemble its glamorous Woburn sister site.

Take a look at the entire list, featuring professionals ages 24-29, on Zagat’s website.
