While Mayor Marty Walsh is busy exploring ways to make Boston more hospitable to post-10 p.m. nightlife options, a few of the city’s restaurants are taking matters into their own kitchens.

Dumpling Palace

If you’re looking for sustenance around the witching hour, Dumpling Palace is now an option any night of the week. Last week, the Massachusetts Ave. spot officially extended its hours until 3 a.m. every day, with its full menu available all night long. That includes chef Peter Wang’s pork-and-crab-filled mini juicy buns (soup dumplings), Taiwan-style pan fried dumplings, and an expansive array of stir-fries, soups, noodles.

Daily until 3 a.m., 179 Massachusetts Ave, Boston; 617-266-8888 or dumpling-palace.com.

Tico

Chef Michael Schlow recently reimagined the late-night offerings at his Latin American-inspired restaurant—and he also answered your Radius burger revival prayers. Like the ultimate splurge he created at his dearly departed flagship, “the Burger” has melty Vermont cheddar, tangy horseradish cream, crispy fried onions, and a $19 price tag. The rest of the new late-night menu, dubbed “Nikkei” (meaning the Japanese diaspora), melds Japanese and Peruvian cuisine. Dishes include house-made noodles with pork, soft egg, green onion, chili paste, and cashews; mussels with rocoto and coconut milk; deviled eggs with uni; and tempura bok choy. There are also Nikkei-inspired cocktails.

Thursday-Saturday, 10 p.m.-1 a.m., 222 Berkeley St., Boston; 617-351-0400 or ticoboston.com.

UNI

A bigger, better Uni has late-night dining to match. Ken Oringer revamped his former sliver of a sashimi bar in place of the shuttered Clio, quadrupling its size. That should mean it will be easy to get a steaming bowl ofchef Tony Messina’s ramen any given weekend night. Plus, like on its the regular dinner menu, sushi chef Akira Sugimoto is rolling select maki and nigiri through the night, and there are also street food snacks like kalbi beef short ribs and salt and pepper squid. Check out the full late-night menu below.

Thursday-Saturday 11 p.m.-1:30 a.m., 370 Commonwealth Ave., Boston; 617-536-7200 or UNI-boston.com.
