There isn’t any Trina’s-style PB&J French toast on Suzi Maitland’s latest brunch menu, but something tells us we’re going to like her new mid-day meal. (Spoiler alert: It’s dishes like Cajun-rubbed shrimp and grits; banana-coconut streusel oatmeal; and chimichurri steak and eggs.) The chef behind Trina’s Starlite Lounge’s legendary Monday industry brunch (and Sunday service) has launched the meal at her team’s newest restaurant, the Paddle Inn in Newburyport.

To accompany Maitland’s coastal cuisine, there’s a lineup of breakfast booze, too, like the Sandy Point Paloma, with Newburyport Brewing’s Belgian white, grapefruit cordial, tequila, and a lime-salt rim; and Don’t Worry, It’s Sunday, which makes use of the Tandem Coffee program by spiking a cup of fresh brew with Stoli Vanilla, an Italian coffee liqueur, and almond-sweetened coconut cream.

Brunch debuted quietly at the Paddle Inn on New Year’s Day, and it will continue every Sunday from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Check out the full menu below.
